BenKemp has been involved in textile related work for many years and recently, due to a textile equipment failure, he needed to find new motors for his machines. As this equipment failure caused him some problems in his work, BenKemp made it a point to emphasize that he needed durable, stable, low-inertia motors.
In response to Ben's needs, we customized a solution for him. This servo motor incorporates a new type of insulation material with strong durability, which can work under high temperatures and humid environments; the motor bearings adopt optimized design and select high-quality deep-groove helical ball bearings, which greatly improves the life of the bearings; the customized excellent controller optimizes the response characteristics of the system by fine-tuning the PID parameters, which ensures the excellent positional stability control; the motor body adopts a light and compact housing design, which further reduces the quality of the whole machine; and improves the use of the motor under high temperature and humid environment. The motor body adopts a lightweight and compact casing design to further reduce the quality of the whole machine; and improve the use of the motor in high-temperature and humid environments. The program we provided fully meets Ben's needs.
During our work with Ben Kemp, we encountered some communication barriers and technical issues with parameters. To address these challenges, we took a multi-faceted approach. First, we established a dedicated communication channel to ensure that both parties had a clear understanding of technical specifications and operational requirements. In addition, our salesmen were able to translate obscure parameter questions into expressions that Ben could easily understand, allowing us to get a clear picture of his specific usage needs.
